This year, the season for the Episcopal Ministries of Long Island (EMLI) Annual Appeal begins on May 4, 2025 andconcludes with Episcopal Ministries Sunday on May 18.

Clergy, wardens, and parish administrators are key liaisons between EMLI and churches across the diocese, and we are deeply grateful for their support during the Annual Appeal.

To that end, we've prepared the following materials to support parishes in helping spread the word of the EMLI Appeal, particularly on Episcopal Ministries Sunday.

Feel free to grab images from the links below, copy-paste text, or upload these materials wherever your congregation receives updates on parish life. Go to "Download Resource" below to find a full kit of images, social media posts, and more.

Episcopal Ministries of Long Island (EMLI) supports a growing network of parish-based ministries that meet urgent needs in our communities—offering food, baby supplies, affordable childcare, senior programs, and a loving reminder that every person is a child of God. In 2024, these ministries served over 58,000 neighbors across Brooklyn, Queens, Nassau, and Suffolk counties.

Every year, more parishes are expanding their outreach efforts, and the demand for funding continues to rise. Every dollar you give to EMLI goes directly to these front-line ministries, helping churches like ours respond to the Gospel call to serve. Your generosity sustains this vital network and helps bring the hope and love of Christ to our communities every day.
