Executive Director
Mary Beth Welsh, Executive Director of Episcopal Ministries of Long Island since 2015, is an adept nonprofit manager focused on financial oversight, fundraising, and community engagement. She stewards donor funds skillfully – overseeing the budgets of both EMLI and its ministry grantees, cultivates donor relationships, and collaborates with the Board of Directors. Mary Beth also plays a key role in establishing community partnerships and offers guidance to parishes expanding their outreach efforts.
She serves on the Board of Directors of RotaCare NY, a nonprofit dedicated to providing free healthcare to underserved populations in Long Island, and is actively involved with her parish, Zion Church in Douglaston.
